- If you already have an existing card, choose the card you want to use (you can have several linked cards) and add the amount you want to add. After that, click on “Review”.
- You will see a summary with all the details of the selected card. If everything is correct, click on “Confirm” to proceed with the balance transfer.
- Done! The balance will be automatically added to your account, and you can add more balance or return to the main screen.
- It’s a simple process, and in just a few steps you will have available balance to use as you wish.
How to add balance with a bank account to TU Wallet
If you prefer to add balance from your bank account, this is also very easy. The only difference is that, in this case, the process is done from your bank’s app. Here’s how to do it:
- From the main screen, click on “Add balances” via “Bank account”.
- There, you will find the IBAN number and the concept to add in your bank’s application (e.g. Banco Santander or Kutxabank).
- Open your bank’s app and go to “Transfers”.
- Indicate the amount of euros you wish to transfer to Wallet.
- Fill in the requested data to correctly make the transfer.
- Remember that the process can take between 24 and 48 hours to complete. The good news is that you won’t have to pay any additional fees from Wallet.
- Once the transfer is complete, the balance will be available in your Wallet account, and you can start using it immediately.
