Step 2: Start the process
To begin creating an account, click on the fox icon in your browser and select “Try it Now”. You will be asked if you want to import an existing wallet or create a new one. Choose to create a new one. Generate a unique password, remembering that it should be different from the ones you use on other sites to ensure good security.
Step 3: Write down the seed pharse
The seed pharse is the most important element in the process of creating a Metamask account. You will need to write it down, as Metamask will ask you to verify that you have entered it correctly.
This phrase is required to operate and restore access to your wallet on any device. Keep in mind that, with this phrase, anyone could transfer all your funds to another account, so it is crucial to store it in a physical format, such as on a piece of paper that only you know where to find it. By all means avoid storing this phrase on a digital medium with internet access.

Step 4: Enter ETH and get your Ethereum address
After verifying the seed phrase, Metamask will allow you to transfer ETH to your wallet from another wallet or buy on Coinbase.
Once you close that window, you will see “Account 1” and, just below it, a number starting with “0x…”. This number is your Ethereum address, similar to a bank account number, and can be used to receive ETH, NFTs and Ethereum-based tokens.
Once the process is complete, every time you want to access your wallet, simply click on the extension and log in with your credentials.
